During the last weekend, actually from Nov. 24 until Nov. 27, Rezidencija 55 has given presence at the Katarinski fair in Slavonski Brod.

This was the first time we have shown our ideas and concept to the wider public and we may conclude that response was even better than expected.

Especially the design was warmly welcomed, but also the services we will offer will be recognised as a true addition to better living in general.

Organisation of the fair was done in a professional way, and we surely will be present next year, where we hope to launch our Phase 2 and 3 of the project
in Splitska ulica, in Slavonski Brod.

Rezidencija 55 is now also involved in the development of one of its Magnolia concepts in the beautiful town of Sveta Nedelja, near to Zagreb.

Altogether the development will contain approximately 100 residential dwellings, ranging from 40m² to 155m². The latter size is for the largest Kangaroo homes, multi-generation semi-detached houses offering great accessibility, comfort and design.

On location we will offer a variety of services, ranging from a care post with qualified personnel to a daily fresh market and meals to be delivered at home on request.

Once again in 2011 Rezidencija 55 has been a sponsor of the ARCOTEL-REZIDENCIJA 55 2011 OPEN for wheelchair tennis in Zagreb. The venue once again showed its benefits, the atmosphere again great with many players from Turkey, Croatia, Germany etc.

Last month Rezidencija 55 was sponsor of this well organised tournament for wheelchair tennis players in Zagreb.

Although the show-up was not very big, the atmosphere did not suffer from that. The weather was great, and the matches played showed nice rallies and good tennis.

Rezidencija 55 plans to be sponsor again for this tournament in 2011.
