Mission

At Rezidencija 55, our mission is to develop housing in which young families who are starting to live on their own, their parents and grandparents, and people with extra needs would love to live. In that light, we will build sustainable, comfortable, safe, accessible - and affordable-housing and housing-with-care facilities.

We will incorporate sustainability by using solar energy and local building materials; accessibility, by using the best architects available in this field; safety, by implementing 24-hour care to those who desire it; and comfort by implementing and supplying disability equipment, specific designed bathrooms and kitchens, and by using electronics and high-end Domotica.
