Our architects, HKL Architecten and our acknowledged accessibility consultant , George van Lieshout, have many years of experience with designing homes for the elderly, individual homes for disabled or part-disabled persons and the solutions that are needed to make these house a great living experience for its inhabitants. 

To ensure a financially sound base for the creation of the Rezidencija 55 concept, we have secured the financial backing of Dutch building societies with broad knowledge in the field of independent living. Apart from their financial support, these parties bring highly rated know-how and experience, which, with the earlier mentioned skills, will assist us in completing our mission. As a team, we are perfectly fit to undertake the creation of a highly sustainable and accessible housing concept in which our target groups - young families starting to live on their own, elderly people, and disabled people - will thrive for years to come.
